Our TeamLeadership
Haven House’s day-to-day business is run by our Executive Director, Ronnie Leach, who works directly with the Board of Directors, staff and local agencies working under the guiding principles of the Haven House mission – oversees the organization’s operations and programs, ensuring compliancy with federal, state and municipal grants and funding requirements and develops/implements the annual budget for the agency operations.
Our Staff
Josh Collins, Batterer’s Intervention Program Manager
Lindsey Collins, CAC Director – responsible for the day-to-day operations for the Child Advocacy Centers with a satellite office in Kenai. Coordinates and facilities activities at the Center of Excellence.
Sarah Borgen, Prevention Director – responsible for outreach and education prevention programs such as the Men’s Gathering, Green Dot Education, and Girls On the Run. These outreach programs aim to prevent violence, prevent adverse childhood experiences, and increase awareness of the negative impacts of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse.
Liz Doan, Homer Thrift Store Manager – responsible for the day-today operations of the Homer Thrift Store, the Empowerment Program, and ensuring community needs are met.
Lia Jacobson, Office Manager & Homeless Assistance Coordinator
Jamie Mason, Bookkeeper – responsible for oversight of all financial aspects of the agency including payroll, revenues and expenses, and annual budget processes.
Lauralee Peterson, Kenai Child Advocacy Center Manager
Leslie Scroggin, Shelter Manager – responsible for the day-to-day operations of 24-hour emergency shelter, ensures victims’ needs are met, coordinates women’s groups, and provides legal advocacy.
